Late term & early baby killings

The first couple I spoke with said that they were having their little boy killed because he has Down's Syndrome. To clarify I asked Marie & Ron, "So you don't want to raise a child who has some level of mental retardation?" Both Ron & Marie nodded & said: "That's right." I explained that there are very special parents who are willing to adopt their son & raise him as their very own. Ron began to shout: "We are NOT going to do that! Now, get away from us - this is hard enough as it is!" I pleaded with Ron & Marie. "Sir, it should be more than hard to murder your innocent baby. It should be impossible! Please, your baby boy is no less valuable because he has diminished mental capacity. He is made in the image & likeness of God. Your son is not a mistake or an accident, he is a gift from God. Your conscience, which tells you right from wrong, testifies to you that murdering your little boy is a sin. Please, let us help you." Ron rushed toward me & threatened me, so Francile took a photo of him (in case he attacked). Ron pulled at the door of the abortion clinic but it was still locked. He got back into the car & drove away - but returned later & went into the killing place to have his son delivered into the toilet. That poor little boy!

Zoe arrived with two of her girlfriends & a baby. As she was getting herself ready to enter the killing place Allura introduced herself & offered a pre-abortion ministry packet. She also explained to Zoe that God Himself had given her the child she was carrying & that murdering her was a sin. Allura offered her friendship & support through the pregnancy. Zoe stormed over to Allura shouting: "F*#% you! I went to a Christian school for 11 years. I know all about it. If I repent tomorrow, God will forgive me!" Allura gently reminded Zoe of what the scripture says about the sin of presumption: "For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful looking for of judgment ..." (Hebrews 10:26 & 27) Zoe did not appear to be affected by the truth but we can & do always trust God to use His Word to pierce & light the darkness of Zoe's soul.

I said hello to Cynthia & offered her our ministry packet. Cynthia smiled at me but refused the material. I explained that God knew her baby before He formed her tiny infant in her womb. God says: "You shall not murder." Cynthia laughed & said: "Well, it's a good thing that I'm an atheist, isn't it!" I responded: "Whatever you call yourself, you are a living soul created in the image & likeness of God & you owe HIm everything. Truth doesn't change according to individual perception. It is eternal." I encouraged Cynthia to choose a loving adoptive couple to become the forever family for her baby. Cynthia shook her head & said: "I don't want to spend my life raising this baby." I reminded her; "That is why adoption is a wonderful way for you to obey the voice of God & the voice of the conscience that He gave you. Murdering your baby is indefensible."

Susan's little Toyota sported a decal of a photo of a handsome Marine with the words "In Loving Memory of Officer _____ Williams" printed around it. I pleaded with Susan not to dehumanize her son or daughter the way the enemy had dehumanized her beloved Officer Williams. That's how it always starts. Make the person you want to destroy LESS than you, less than worthy, less than human, & murdering them becomes acceptable. James 4:1 & 2 explains where war & murder originate. "Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members? You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. ..." The desire to murder comes from the heart. The human heart of sin. Susan shouted something but none of us could hear her words. I couldn't help but think: "Is this what her beloved friend or brother or husband died for?" This is why it is so important for Christians to be active & about their Father's business of defending the orphans & making disciples & teaching women & men to obey all that Jesus has commanded us. "And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness." I John 5:19 The glorious gospel of repentance & faith in the person & work of Jesus Christ is the salt & light that preserves a nation & brings glory to the One who deserves all of our praise.

Heather arrived with her mother who explained to Allura that her father shot himself to death on Sunday. Heather was distraught. Her mother wasn't comfortable with the pre-meditated murder of her grandbaby & listened to Allura's offers of holy help. I reasoned with Heather's mom that taking an innocent life in response to the death of a loved one is the opposite of what is healthy & right. It is antithetical to truth & women who murder their children possess legitimate sin-guilt which can & does often haunt them & increase their own likelihood of suicide. There were many more divine appointments this morning. We counted over 13 cars, each having at least one aborting mom & a companion inside. Every single abortion-bound mom heard the message of life & hope. All of the aborting mommies & daddies & each of the clinic workers heard Psalm 127:3: "Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is His reward." Each mother was offered emotional, physical, financial & spiritual help through her pregnancy. Although we are often tempted to despair over the fact that there was no fear of God in their eyes, we trust the Lord of heaven & earth, Who holds all souls in the palm of His hand. We hope that He was pleased with our obedience to love Him & to love our neighbor as ourselves.

We live in precarious, hostile times. The people of Georgia want independence & autonomy. Communionism advances by aggression & violence. Our hearts go out to them. But, what about the children in the womb who suffer the advances of violence & aggression of their own mothers & who suffer from the silence & disconcern of the Church of Jesus Christ?

We can win people to Christ, sing praise songs, preach great sermons, pray authentic prayers, have great and growing churches, but God will not overlook the blood that cries out to Him. Is 1:15: "When you spread out your hands in prayers, I will not listen. Your hands are full of blood". Some churches are doing many good things, but ignoring the daily mass murder of innocent babies. The preaching of the Word is hollow when it omits the tragic plight of the pre-born who are scheduled for death at our nearby abortion clinics and hospitals.
