Biblical Words for Aborting Women

I wanted to share our revised ministry tract with you. This is very close to what the Lord has led us to share when we meet abortion-bound mothers as they arrive to murder their infants at the killing place.

Before Abortion …

Dear abortion-bound Mother,
Did you know that you were known by God even before you were born? It’s true! The Bible tells us that you are made in the image and likeness of God. Your baby, too, is a unique human being, personally created by God. The child in your womb is not a mistake or an accident. And, dear mother, your infant is not a choice. Your little boy or girl’s conception is not untimely, because, you see, God’s timing is always perfect.

Did you know that the Bible teaches that your baby is a gift from God to you. That’s right! Psalm 127 declares; “Behold, children are a gift of the LORD, The fruit of the womb is a reward.” No matter what the circumstances of your pregnancy, you have been chosen by God to carry this unique little human being!

God says; ‘You shall not murder’ your baby. (Exodus 20:13)

Your baby’s heart began to beat at 3 ½ weeks gestation. She is alive! Abortion is a violent attack against your helpless little baby. The Bible says that the commandments of God are written on your heart.
Your conscience tells you it is wrong to murder your little one. Your maternal (motherly) instinct should give you a protective physiological bond with your infant. We have been sent by God to reinforce your God-given instinct to love and protect your baby. That’s why we have given you this tract. To confirm the voice of your conscience and maternal instinct. Listen as God speaks: ‘Do not shed innocent blood in this place” (Jeremiah 7:6)

God says that abortion is not a ‘choice’, it is a sin. Sin is when we violate God’s moral law, His commandments. The Bible explains that the wages (the punishment) of sin is death. Did you know that God has appointed a day that you and I will be judged for our sins? That day is the day of our death. It’s true! (Hebrews 9:27) All sin is a serious matter, but some sins are more grievous to God than other sins. Having sex outside marriage is forbidden by God and is a serious sin. (It’s called ‘fornication’ in the Bible and it is never allowed.) The shedding of innocent blood (including by abortion) is a very serious sin. Revelation 21:8 declares; “all … murderers … shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone …” That means that people who commit murder are sent to hell by God at the judgment! The blood of aborted babies cries out for justice. Abortion is the sin of murder. You might not consider yourself an evil person but according to God’s standards (which are the most important of all) mothers (and fathers) who abort their babies are pre-meditated murderers.

So, where do you go from here? Make a firm resolution to obey God and turn away from every thought of the sin of abortion. “Unless you repent, you will all perish.” Jesus commands us to repent (confess and forsake our sin). Put your trust in the faithful One who gave this baby to you. God says “No” to abortion and His Word is the final authority. He has given you life and breath and everyone you hold dear. The Bible says that He upholds all things by the Word of His power. (Hebrews 1:3) We are indebted to God and we must fear and obey Him. You must turn away from your sin, put abortion out of your mind, and cry out the Lord Jesus Christ, Who is the Savior of sinners like you and me. By His perfect sinless life and the shedding of His blood upon the Cross, Jesus is the only substitute that God can and will accept other than your own punishment at death and banishment to hell. The Lord commands you to turn from your sin and flee the wrath to come. Humble yourself and entrust your life to Jesus Christ. We have come to help you obey God. It is an honor to love you in the Name of Jesus, the way others have loved us.
