The time is NOW: Arise!
Knowing the time,
that NOW it is high time
to awake out of sleep:
for NOW is our salvation
nearer than when we believed.

What time is it? It's HIGH time!
What does HIGH TIME mean?
Literally "the hour has already come."
It means it is PAST time
to do what needs to be done.
What kind of time do we live in?
A perilous time!
What are we to awake from?
Awake out of sleep.
What kind of sleep?
The sleep of carnal security.
The sleep of sloth.
The sleep of worldliness.
The sleep of self-absorption.
The sleep of negligence.
The long dark night sleep of spiritual deadness.
When is it time to awake? Now!
Salvation is nigh at hand.
Let us mind our way,
and mend our pace,
we are nearer our journey's end.
Yet a little while,
and the coming One will come
and will not delay...
He who testifies to these things says,
“Surely I am coming soon.”
